  1. Hi Ashy and fellow squad-ettes! I found a great way to help the cauliflower balls form, I scoop spoonfuls into a silicon cake-pop tray and sit it on a flat baking tray- it helps the, cook evenly keeps them all the same size and into a ball shape , also I made a little bowl of corn relish pickles and some freshly squeezed lemon juice as a little zesty as a fresh topping to put on top ! 🙂 if you try let me know what you think 🙂

  2. Great ideas 🙂 Thank you for making some sweet snacks as well and for letting us know where you got the products you use from.
I live in Australia so I'm so happy that I have these ingredients and kitchen stuff available to me here. 🙂

  3. Oh! Sorry i forgot, my other idea was a bedtime routine. Maybe you already have one and i need to scroll back. I feel like you must have a great routine down because you get up so early. I have a hard time falling asleep and would love tips !

  4. Love this video! I’ve made two of the snacks already. Was wondering if you could do a video that goes over certain spices and foods that are good for things such as bloating, sore muscles, digestion’s, energy etc. I always watch your videos and always think that’s good to know that that specific spice or good is grata for ___. One video with all that knowledge might be cool! Just a thought. Also thought something like: interview a runner might be fun to watch. I know you’re not a huge runner but it might be a fun thing. Or even interview a tennis player, etc. See how they got started, what they would recommend for starting and recovering. Anyways, food for thought 🙂 love the videos! I subscribed and can’t wait for more
